Your wedding day should be a celebration of you. And the images your photographer takes should reflect that.

You want to be able to look back at your images, and immerse yourself back into the little moments of your day. The secret smiles, the laughter, the interactions with friends and party. Not the fact that you spent the day being put into various poses.

No awkward poses, just fun, natural images.

You’re meant to enjoy your day, and your photographer shouldn’t get in the way of that…

Not just a photographer. I’ve been known to help take wedding gifts to family members, run back to a brides room to get something she’s forgotten, putting on necklaces, finding out what is due to happen next. I’m at your disposal and whilst my primary job is to capture your day, I’ll also do my best to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible.

The Wedding Photography Process

This is where we get to know each other. I take the time to learn about you and what you would love from your wedding photography. This id done through both phone calls/face-to-face meetings and emails. I ask questions such as:
How do you want the images to look?
What images are on the “must have” list, and which are on the “nice-to-have”?
Who do you want in the group photographs?
I use all of these answers, and more, to create a powerful, memorable experience for you to treasure.
As part of this preparation, you will also get a welcome guide and questionnaire to fill out. This contains everything you need to know to make the most of your wedding photography, and gives me all of the information I need to capture your day.
Once you’ve decided that you definitely want me as your photographer, a deposit will be paid, and contract signed to secure your wedding photography date in the diary.
This is where the magic happens!
From the wedding preparations, to the first dance and cake cut, you have me (and my second photographer) for up to a full day, capturing every moment.
From the smaller, more intimate moments, to the bolder, iconic moments, it’s our job to ensure it all gets captured. Nothing will get missed!
Within 48 hours of your wedding, you will receive a preview of your gallery (I also post a couple of images from your shoot on my blog and social media with your permission).
Within 4-6 weeks, you will then get the email you’ll have been anticipating, the one with the finished gallery.
Of course, I don’t just take a small selection of images. Each gallery consists of up to five hundred images, and any additional frames, prints and digital images (outside of your chosen package) are available for you to buy at an extra cost. You’ll be spoilt for choice.
If you’ve chosen the package which includes a wedding album, it’ll be your job to choose which images you want included. I will then create a mock up design, and send this through to you for final approval. Once any edits have been made, I will then order the album and get it sent to you!
